Tyler Brooke, nascut Victor Hugo de Bierre (Nova York, 6 de juny de 1886 - Los Angeles, Califòrnia, 2 de març de 1943), va ser un actor de cinema nord-americà. Va aparèixer en més de 90 pel·lícules entre 1915 i 1943. Abans de convertir-se en actor, Brooke era un empleat de banc i un advocat. Es va suïcidar per intoxicació per monòxid de carboni.
