Tom O'Brien (San Diego, Califòrnia, 25 de juliol del 1890 - Los Angeles, Califòrnia, 8 de juny del 1947) va ser un actor de personatges nord-americà conegut pels seus papers de còmics seriosos. Va treballar a la pel·lícula de comèdia The Gentleman from America com Johnny Day, que tracta sobre la història humorística de dos amics americans que viuen nombroses aventures a Espanya.
