Rhys Ifans (22 de julho de 1967) é um ator e músico galês. Ele é conhecido por interpretar personagens como Spike em Notting Hill e Jed Parry em Enduring Love e como membro dos grupos de rock galeses Super Furry Animals e The Peth. Ifans também apareceu como Xenophilius Lovegood nos filmes Harry Potter e as Relíquias da Morte.
