Rod Steiger
Rod Steiger
Rodney Stephen Steiger (Westhampton, Nova Iorque, 14 de abril de 1925 — Los Angeles, 9 de julho de 2002) foi um ator norte-americano. Rod Steiger se mudou com sua mãe para Newark, Nova Jersey depois que ela se divorciou. Saiu da Westside High School aos 16 anos e ingressou na Marinha. Com isso viu a ação no Pacífico a bordo de um destroyer. Retornou a Nova Jersey depois da guerra e trabalhou para o VA, em seguida se juntou a um grupo de teatro amador e, após isso, usando de recursos como participante da guerra entrou para o famoso Actors Studio.
