Maire O'Neill, nascuda Mary Agnes Allgood (Dublin, Irlanda, 11 de gener de 1886 - Basingstoke, Hampshire, 2 de novembre de 1952), va ser una actriu irlandesa d'escenari i cinema. Ocupa un lloc a la història del teatre com la primera actriu a interpretar el personatge principal de Pegeen Mike Flaherty a la controvertida obra mestra de John Millington Synge The Playboy of the Western World.
