Jane Alexander (Boston, 28 de outubro de 1939) é uma atriz estadunidense. Seu sucesso no cinema veio com o drama romântico The Great White Hope (1970), que lhe rendeu uma indicação ao Oscar de Melhor Atriz . Suas indicações ao Oscar subsequentes foram por seus papéis em All the President's Men (1976), Kramer vs. Kramer (1979) e Testament (1983). Oito vezes indicada ao Emmy, ela recebeu indicação por interpretar Eleanor Roosevelt em Eleanor e Franklin (1976), um papel que exigia que ela envelhecesse de 18 a 60 anos. Ela ganhou dois Emmys de Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante para Playing for Time (1980) e Warm Springs(2005).
