Henry Arthur Barrows (Saco, Maine, 29 d’abril de 1875 - Los Angeles, Califòrnia, 25 de març de 1945) va ser un actor nord-americà que va aparèixer en pel·lícules de 1913 a 1936. Burrows va actuar en papers secundaris per als estudis American, Astra, Biograph, Brentwood, Pathe, Universal i Vitagraph. Va ser "quasi sempre considerat com a pilars de la societat, metges, jutges, bisbes, etc."
