Nichelle Nichols (nascida Grace Dell Nichols; 28 de dezembro de 1932 - 30 de julho de 2022) foi uma atriz, cantora e dubladora americana.
Ela cantou com Duke Ellington e Lionel Hampton antes de se tornar atriz. Seu papel mais famoso é o de oficial de comunicações Tenente Uhura a bordo da USS Enterprise na popular série de televisão Star Trek, bem como nos filmes seguintes, onde seu personagem acabou sendo promovido na Frota Estelar ao posto de comandante. Em 2006, acrescentou produtora executiva ao seu currículo.
