Frances A. Cheever served in the US Army AD/AR for three decades as a senior NCO (E-7) and Officer in the Army Nurse Corps, making her one of the few female “Mustangs.” At Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC, and other assignments, she had the honor of caring for America’s Wounded Warriors, service men and women, Veterans and their family members.
