Edna Marcellite Garner (Redlands, Califòrnia, 3 de juliol de 1910 - Grass Valley, Califòrnia, 26 de juliol de 1993) va ser una artista i actriu de veu nord-americana. És recordada com la primera veu habitual de Minnie Mouse durant el seu temps treballant a Walt Disney Productions i se li atribueix parcialment la definició de la personalitat de Minnie.
