Hugh Prosser, nascut Clarence Herman Prosser (Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, 2 de març de 1907 - Gallup, Nou Mèxic, 8 de novembre de 1952), va ser un actor de Hollywood que va aparèixer en més de 90 pel·lícules entre 1936 i 1953. Era un intèrpret de suport versàtil, especialment hàbil en interpretar dolents sense escrúpols.
