Barbara Leigh, nascuda Barbara Ann Kish (Ringgold, Geòrgia, 16 de novembre de 1946), és una antiga actriu i model de moda nord-americana. El seu paper innovador va arribar el 1972 amb la pel·lícula Junior Bonner, que va protagonitzar al costat del seu llavors xicot Steve McQueen.
