Amber Nicole Benson (nascida em 8 de janeiro de 1977) é uma atriz, escritora, diretora de cinema e produtora de cinema americana. Ela é mais conhecida por seu papel como Tara Maclay na série de TV Buffy the Vampire Slayer, mas também dirigiu, produziu e estrelou seus próprios filmes Chance (2002) e Lovers, Liars & Lunatics (2006). diretor com Adam Busch dos Drones (2010).
